Welcome to Meowspace ("we," "our," or "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Meowspace. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. The "Pet-Only" Content Policy

Meowspace is a sanctuary for pets. To maintain this environment, we strictly enforce the following content rules:

• Pets Only: All uploaded photos must feature a pet or animal.
• No Human Faces: Photos focused on human faces or selfies are not allowed and will be removed.
• No Politics: Political statements, symbols, or debates are strictly prohibited.
• Original Content: You must own the rights to the photos you upload.

3. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and permanent account bans.

3.1 Prohibited Content

You may strictly NOT post:

• Impersonation: You may not pretend to be a famous pet, influencer, or another person. We reserve the right to verify high-profile accounts (e.g., requesting social media proof).
• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
• Sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content.
• Illegal acts or promotion of illegal goods.
• Extreme gore or animal cruelty.

3.2 Enforcement

• Moderation: We use automated systems and human review to monitor content.
• Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content using the in-app "Report" button. We review reports within 24 hours.
• Blocking: You can block any user to prevent them from seeing your content or messaging you.

3.3 Child Safety & Mandatory Reporting (CSAM)

We are committed to protecting minors. In compliance with applicable laws:

• Strict Prohibition: Any content depicting the sexual exploitation, abuse, or nudity of minors is strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory Reporting: If we discover such content, we will immediately remove it and suspend the account. We are legally obligated to report the content and the user's data (including IP address and account details) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Chat & Safety Disclaimer

• Mutual Follows Only: To protect your privacy, you can only chat with users if both of you follow each other.
• Stranger Danger: We strongly advise that you only chat with people you know personally or have verified. Do not share sensitive personal information (home address, financial info) in the chat.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding our Pet-Only or Anti-Impersonation policies.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the new Terms.
